Monique Lhuillier offers returns on unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and security seals remain intact. Please note that bridal gowns and evening wear marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Securely seal the package and attach the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided through our portal to the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
